A Technogym Selection Multi Hip is, and can best be described as follows: A Hip Machine is a plate loaded or selectorized machine that works the muscles of the hips including the Gluteals, Abductors, Adductors, Hip Flexors, and Rotators. Variations include Multi Hip or Rotary Hip machines that feature adjustable height foot platforms accessed via a step and rotating cams with an upper thigh pad.
