The Torque M Series Assisted Chin Dip provides smooth direct movement from Kevlar belts and internally lubricated cables and facilitates easier entry and exit and superior body alignment through a standing design compared to kneeling designs.

The Torque Fitness M Series is a full line of strength training selectorized equipment, benches, and racks for commercial settings, created by industry-prominent design engineers who challenged themselves to exceed all past accomplishments in user experience, floor aesthetics, and durability, which at Torque Fitness is not just a feature, but a culture. The M line of commercial selectorized stations from Torque Fitness deliver converging and diverging movements that are approachable and intuitive to use for the beginner, and, at the same time, effective for the advanced exerciser. A universal fully shrouded tower height of less than 5 feet for all machines creates uniformity and clean sight lines. The low tower height also facilitates convenient storage for water bottle, iPod, keys, etc., and allows for the oversized exercise placards to be viewed from a seated position. For ease of use, adjustments are limited to one or two per machine and seat positioning utilizes a 4-bar gas-assisted mechanism that allows for one-handed adjustments that locks the seat securely in place. The intelligent design of the M Circuit allows opposing muscle stations to be grouped back to back creating a full-body circuit in an extremely small footprint.

A Torque Assisted Chin Dip is, and can best be described as follows: An Assisted Chin Dip is a selectorized piece of exercise equipment that is designed to assist in performing chin up and dip exercises by using a selected counterweight to reduce the total effort required by the user to perform the exercise. The user kneels on a pad and chooses either handles above them for an assisted chin-up exercise, or handles at their sides for an assisted dip exercise. Most machines also incorporate a fold-away knee pad if the user prefers more difficult unassisted exercises.
