The Atlas Stone Return Ramp has been created to soften the impact of a dropped stone from over a bar or yoke and gradually restore it to its original position. In the past, this workout involved performing several movements individually or with the assistance of a training partner who would help roll the stone back to you. This concept was inspired by a plan developed by the internationally acclaimed gym owner, Alan Thrall. We collaborated with him to present you with what you see here.
